Vienna Christmas Markets on a Saturday Afternoon
The variety of crafts is astounding and the quality is outstanding.
The parks are filling up with people enjoying the mild mid-December day. In the evening the decorations in the trees were aglow with electric lights.
Busy Saturday Afternoon Christmas Market
The lines at the booths are getting deeper. The food and hot wine booths are even busier.
This is the line up of people entering and exiting from the Christmas market area. It is shoulder to shoulder in the aisles between the booths. When we came back at 9:30 PM, the streets in the market are were just as busy.
