Malaga Cathedral

Malaga Cathedral, Andalusia, Spain

From our temporary base in Torremolinos, we traveled a few miles up the coast to the city of Malaga. There are a few interesting spots most tourists visit. One of them is the Cathedral. Here are a few pictures of the exterior and the surrounding courtyard.

There are some other interesting buildings around the square. And, what square would be complete without a water fountain?

  1. Malaga – I recall it well, mainly because the only thing we had managed to do there (an unexpected detour on our Spain trip in 2001) was a visit to the beach on a windy December morning. The good thing – we were the only two people on the beautiful beach, the bad – it was cold, it was windy…but the best thing – the prettiest sea-shell ever found (and I still have it)!
thank you for this e-visit and for inspiring me to plan a trip again 🙂

Thanks for looking at the pictures. Tell me what you liked, or didn't.
