Toledo Organs

Organs of the Toledo Cathedral

Just as the Toledo Cathedral has many chapels, it also has many organs. The most prominent is in the choir space. This cathedral is unique in that the choir space is a large space blocked off in the middle of the nave.

The organist has to step onto one of the choir seats, open the panel which hides the stairway, and climb up to the keyboard located above the choir.
